Parlor Cay Rum

American made, small-batch rum.  Parlor Cay is a traditional-style rum finished in sherry casks and aged in charred, new American Oak barrels. Tasting notes:  Robust caramel and cask-strength bourbon upfront, with a pleasingly mellow mid-palate of rich, jammy fruit and cocoa; dry and herbaceous finish.
